If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain the information for no longer than is necessary. We may need to verify information provided on the online application form including, but not limited to, taking up references, contacting educational bodies and accessing publicly available information.
Sharing your information
We will share some or all of your information with Ochre Hosue who are instructed by us to assist in the processing of our applications. We may also transfer any of your information overseas to any office of United Biscuits, or any of our affiliate, based in the European Economic Area ("EEA").
